Afternoon Class: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday
All ages and belt levels are welcome. This class has multiple instructors and is ideal for the beginning student. Parents are welcome to train with their children, and beginning adults are especially encouraged to take advantage of the individualized instruction available during the afternoon class.

Evening Class: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Adult class, where all belt levels are welcome. Individual one-on-one instruction is available for the new student.
Evening Class: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesdays
Adult class, where all belt levels are welcome. This class focuses on stretching, relaxation, basic techniques, and kata. This class is ideal for the new adult student, someone returning to martial arts training who wants to refresh their skills, or a student looking for additional training time to focus on basic techniques.
Kata Class: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturdays
All ages and belt levels are welcome to this two-hour conditioning/kata training class.
JKA Instructor Training Class 9:00am to 11:00am Saturdays TBA
Instructor training is for ranks Nidan and above (Shodan level students are welcome to audit the class), preparing advanced students to take qualification exams.
