Classes and Membership


Classes

Morning Class: 11:00 am to 12:00 noon Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Adult class, where all belt levels are welcome.


Afternoon Class: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday

All ages and belt levels are welcome. This class has multiple instructors and is ideal for the beginning student. Parents are welcome to train with their children, and beginning adults are especially encouraged to take advantage of the individualized instruction available during the afternoon class.

Evening Class: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Adult class, where all belt levels are welcome. Individual instruction is available for the new student.


Adult Beginner's / Refresher Class: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Tuesdays

This class is specifically targeted to beginning adult students, and will focus on stretching, basic techniques, and beginning katas.
It will also serve as a refresher class for students who trained Shotokan or another martial arts style in the past, have been away from training for a number of years, and are looking for a way to transition back into training.


Kata Class: 9:00 am to 11:00 am Saturdays

All ages and belt levels are welcome to this two-hour conditioning / kata training class.


JKA Instructor Training
Class 9:00am to 11:00am Saturdays TBA

Instructor training is for ranks Nidan and above (Shodan level students are welcome to audit the class), preparing advanced students to take qualification exams.
